Oak Hills Bible Camp
Had a great day in Bemidji yesterday! Trenton will be a Counselor at Oak Hills Bible Camp for the summer – so he has moved from the Oak Hills Christian College dorms to a cabin at their Summer Bible Camp. He gave us a tour of the grounds – I took a few pictures (below) – wish I would have taken more pictures of their “activity” areas… but of course the cabins, water and seclusion is what really grabbed my attention — and took the pics only of those areas! Trenton is on a two-week 200-mile canoe trip. They started at Oak Hills Christian College (where he is attending) on Lake Marquette and plan to travel to Paliside. They made it quite a distance the first day – considering they didn’t start until about 4:00 p.m. and at 10:33 p.m. received a text that they had just made it to camp – which was 5 miles past Stump Lake. I marked the map and now waiting until this evening when he will check in via texting and let me know where they are!
